Previously, he spent 16 years in human resources, most recently as Corp. H.R. Dir. for Computervision when the company had 6,000 employees. Formerly an Adjunct Professor at Boston University's School of Management, he holds a B.S. in Psychology, an MBA, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior. He is the author of numerous magazine articles, including the award-winning "Successful and Supportive Subordinate."
